Acai Berry Diet and its Benefits

The Acai Berry Diet is a basic diet with acai berry capsules. Acai berry is the berry of an Amazonian palm tree with a long history of traditional usage in Brazil. ( look for acai berry here)

There are no fillers or preservatives that can lessen the weight loss and appetite suppressing properties of acai.
Studies have shown that the Acai berry is one of the more nutritious and powerful foods on the planet. Harvested in the rainforests of Brazil, Acai tastes like a mix of berries and chocolate.

The acai berry is a tropical fruit that grows in the amazon jungles of Brazil atop the Acai palm trees. It is harvested by local Brazilians and immediately sent to plants where the Acai Berry is freeze dried in order to preserve its nutritional contents. Acai berries are also said to have many other benefits that include improving digestion, cleansing and detoxifying the body, boosting immunity, supporting cardiovascular health, increasing mental clarity, enhancing vision, reducing insomnia, and slowing down the aging process. Not all of these claims can be supported by scientific research and much of these possible benefits are speculations at this stage.
